Guillermo Balassanian, lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with an orientation in Public International Law. He also studied undergraduate degrees in Philosophy at the University of Buenos Aires.

He has more than fifteen years of professional experience in leading international law firms (Baker & McKenzie, Abeledo Gottheil, Kahale), and as a founding partner of his own firms.

He has developed experience advising and representing national and international companies in corporate and government matters, contract negotiations, project financing, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, complex litigation and commercial arbitrations.

Author of books and articles on corporate law and business practice.
